OSB 3 (Oriented Strand Board) is a structural wood-based panel designed to offer excellent mechanical performance and moisture resistance. Made of wood chips glued with synthetic resin and hot pressed in multiple layers, it guarantees high stability and durability.
The outer layers have longitudinal strands to improve flexural strength, while the inner layers have transverse strands to increase panel cohesion. This structure makes OSB 3 ideal for applications in humid environments, such as roofing, flooring, structural walls and construction site fittings.
